This is soo paradozal what I ate to day I still feel like I am fat I lost 2 pounds since yestarday wow...I still need to loose 20 pds by the way
well I ate cereal chrios hney free this mouring something like 65 cal and for lunch appele sauce 50 cal
dinner I cant help everyone is here if it was just me I would just have eaten nothing or an apple. so i hate turky pie wow...it might 200 cal but I purged after I dont know how much, when do u know your are done purging I m going to the gy for an hour and a half...I feel terrible like fat full not even hungry
i am at 124 I need to be at 105 at least dont know how long will that take
an you please tell me how you know your are done puking

I dind't know before that I would be able to do that I mand, me, the one who loved eating. Well now, I am trying topurge.
I am hungry almost all the time, not when i work out though...strange lol

so I am so damn happy to be one of you'rs well I wear it and nobody knows, where I currently live people dont even know about pro-ana so about the bracelet I doubt it...

And I am so happy I purged yesterday and today...its coming evryday I practive.

Today I ate less than 300 cal and I dont even feel like I am going to faint ist that great now I need some advices how to stop the hunger its hard and whate exercices are the best to burn caloris and caht food is the best to purge the the fast to burn the best the less caloric...

PS: how long does that take to loose weigh whent you eat less than 350 cal a day and work out about one hour and a half? I want to loose fats I cant waiit!

So good to finally talk to you
well I just started being proana...I needed to fint people who could help me in this way abd understand me.
Well, 5 days ago I ve decided I want to loose 20 pounds, I want to go down 110 where I was 2 years ago but I wasnt anorxic, its just my meatabolism I want some advices I keep myself eating less than 410 calories and workout a lot, please give me some advice I only lost 4 pounds in 5 days I feel like it dosent work, I want to be thin...but I want to keep my health at the same time I take citamins, what to u recommand me to eat or no not to eat HELP ME PLEASE
